The Form is connecting heaven and earth, the finest aspects with the most dense, including the physical body. It´s a dance, a meditation and a prayer. There is no other instrument I know that leads me directly to the core. I remember who I really am, under any circumstances. I can say that meeting B Prior and practicing The Form really changed me and my life in a deep way. There is more genuine-ness and awareness, I could let go many of my old patterns that I struggled with before. I want to share this wonderful instrument of transformation with others.  It is also a commitment to continue to learn, to evolve.
