For me, The Form is a pathway by which profound spiritual insights find formed expression in my relationships, work and family life. Its practice has strengthened me, softened me, humbled me, rendered me open enough and present enough to perceive God within the appearance of forms. Through The Form I have experienced metamorphosis on every level of relationship - familial, intimate, friendships, with humanity as a whole and myself in particular. I have lived in different countries and travelled extensively. I have given birth and entered into motherhood. Through all of these changes and all of this movement The Form opens me to that which never moves and is always ready for me to acknowledge and share the love that I am. 
 
I am thrilled to be sharing through the Form, the power we have to evolve ourselves through communion within and with others.    What a blessing that through practicing together we can awaken our own power to heal and to cast off the self-imposed limits to our loving.  May we come together to liberate our communication so that our reflections to each other may pierce our false beliefs about ourselves, allowing our true brilliance to shine.
