When I first came across The Form and B's teachings, I recognised an inner knowing and magnetic pull of the heart. It was like I woke up. When dancing The Form I feel plugged into the Real me and connected to the Oneness.
There is an openness, depth, aliveness and power thatis never ending and new. To naturally go with the flow of Beingness, see where it takes you, and what it reveals. The Form brings the everyday ordinary stuff alive to become the extraordinary. It is a journey of self- discovery without the need to get anyway or fix anything. To be able to share and teach The Form with others who are drawn to discover the more of who they truly are, is an amazing gift.

I experience The Form as a movement within which I know my true source. I would love to share this and help others know their place of connection. I have been moving in the Form for many years but only recently taken the step up to teach.
