Learning and teaching the Form has had a profound impact on my life, shifting both inner and outer worlds in unexpected and new ways. There's a continual opening into the depths of what I am reflected in and by the world. In the practice of The Form the body moves and light is known as the heart softens and love flows from moving as and in profound stillness.

It's such a privilege to teach and share The Form and know the beautiful transformations taking place in the meeting.  

Regular Form Events:

I offer Form Sharing every Tuesday evening at 7.30pm in West End, Brisbane. Please come along. You don't need to know The Form to be able to participate. This is a free event. Please call me if you are coming for more details - 0434 575 610

I am also available to teach The Form to individuals or small groups and am able to work around your commitments.
