Learning and teaching the Form has had a profound impact on my life, shifting both inner and outer worlds in unexpected and new ways. There's a continual opening into the depths of what I am reflected in and by the world. In the practice of The Form the body moves and light is known as the heart softens and love flows from moving as and in profound stillness.

It's such a privilege to teach and share The Form and know the beautiful transformations taking place in the meeting.
