The Form is essentially a daily lucky dip for me. Everyday is unique, and its this uniqueness that whilst liberating as you heart begins to soften and open to it purest form of self love it can also bring challenges like identifying and dropping ingrained behaviours built over generations

Practicing the form daily has become non negotiable for me as it grounding initially kept my head above water in a sea that was full of my longing to belong, and at the same time building the foundations for me to drop into a higher consciousness where the discovery of vibrational light that is love has bough a sense of clarity unknown before.

The Form has bought me to the realisation that it is I who holds all the answers within, and that by true myself and daily practices one is able to access joy and love within every moment.

After many years of "retreat shopping" around the globe jumping from one modality to the next as the benefits of each retreat quickly wore off I was wondering when it was going to end. 

As soon as I felt the sincere love that flows from those practicing the The Form I immediately though to myself that that this may actually be sustainable long term and here I am today still looking forward to each days Form Reality Practice.
