Dancing The Form is the one practice that has been with me over the last 25 years. The depth of awareness it brings and the ongoing transformation in life is profound. It connects me to the deepest part of myself that knows the truth of life. It is an ever deepening, loving movement of pure presence. I am blessed to be able to share The form with others in this time of mass awakening on earth, as I know The Form is an important key to assist in awakening.
