Get Lost to Realise What You Are

As we approach the practice of

The Form,

my whole point is,

whilst you think you are a someone doing certain things,

you'll get so mentally distracted by up, down, in, out you'll miss the whole point of what this is pointing to.

Instead of addressing a someone,

a phenomenon in appearance of a someone on the chair,

take the energy the other way.

That's why often in The Form we close our eyes.

You're a black hole emitting light, which is true knowing and that,

decelerates into forms of appearance and then accelerates in its return as infinite consciousness and everything on its return goes down the black hole.

It comes back out new.

"Oh, I slept so well last night."

"Did you dream that?"

"No, I was just gone!"

"How is it you were gone?"

"Well, I don't know but I feel so good today."

You are just so more clear and you perceive that that you could not perceive before.

Your eyes have changed, your vision has changed,

even your direction,

you lose it,

you don't need it.

It just opens, opens and opens.

It just keeps showing itself.

That's the basis of meditation,

the basis of The Form.

Get lost to realise What You Are.
