I will be teaching a conscious movement practice called The Form and Cosmoform. These gentle and profound movements assist humanity in integrating the traumas and difficulties of modern life so that dwelling in heartfulness can merge with daily life. The body is opened to the highest possibility as the heart conducts the goodness and this is then brought back to be grounded in the earth.
