LISTENING WITHIN THE HEART

Just as the physical heart is the centre of our material body, the spiritual heart is the centre of our spiritual body, the organ of our divine consciousness. It is within the heart that divine communion take place. Rather than engaging in any active process of prayer or meditation, we simply go within the heart, the spiritual centre of our Being.

B Prior, a contemporary mystic, says: “When you belong to your heart, you can walk anywhere and realise deeper and deeper awakening to What You Are.”

To begin the practice of ‘Listening within the Heart', we need to allow ourselves to descend from the mind into the heart. Going into the heart draws us back to communion with the interior silence within our heart. A meeting and merging take place that carry us beyond our self into the mystery of divine presence, into the secret nature of Love’s Oneness, to hear the voice that is constantly coming from within.

It is up to each one of us to make our way to discover and be in this place of listening within the Heart.

During the meeting, you will learn a couple of short meditative movements, that are a taste of The Form Reality Practice, that will bring you deeper into the heart. There will be plenty of opportunity to share and deeply enquire.
